At Temple of Music, we deeply value the generosity of our donors and supporters. We strive to ensure that your experience with our organization is positive and transparent. Please review our Refund Policy below.

1. General Policy

All donations made to Temple of Music, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 82-4834747), are considered final and non-refundable. Donations are immediately put to work supporting our mission, programs, and community initiatives.

2. Donation Errors

If you believe that a donation was made in error, or if you made an incorrect amount or duplicate donation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your request and, if appropriate, issue a refund.

  • Timeframe: Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of the original donation date.

  • Contact: Email your refund request to swarayoga.music@gmail.com with your name, donation amount, date, and reason for the request.

3. Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. Event Registrations and Ticket Purchases

If you registered for a paid event or purchased tickets through our website, our refund policy for events may differ. Please refer to the specific event page or contact us for details.
